Dear Mr Howard

Hiya :-)

As a hands on practicioner of permaculture on various properties on the east coast of Australia varying in location from Bangor (near the ANSTO run Lucas Heights Nuclear Research facilities) to Magnetic Island in North Queensland, climate change in my lifetime has been very stark and clear.

From my birth at Bronte Beach in Sydney, 46 years ago, to my current residence on 41 acres of bushland near Bundaberg, in Qld, Australia, mankind's dramatic effect on our planet has been all too obvious.

My preschool days were spent roaming naked and wild across the shores of the beachfront at Bronte, where i explored every intricate nook and cranie of the magical gully. Almost every day, in awe, i gazed upon the magnificent colours of the sky, reflecting over the incredibly violent surf on sunset..., at sunrise..., and as the golden moon rose out of the crystal clear lines of the endless horizon. These were the ultimate highlights of my carefree days.

I wondered, way back then, about a dark line which formed at times across my crystal clear horizon line.
